Stokes out of Scotland ODI and 'first part' of Australia series

England all-rounder Ben Stokes had been ruled out of the one-day international against Scotland next weekend and the "first part" of the five-match series against Australia with a torn hamstring, the England and Wales Cricket Board announced Sunday.
